A vicious head to head CTF map. Also my first officially released map.

UPDATE: 30AUG2013, UT4 update by FSK405|KittyWumpus* (finally!), by permission from WilyDuck. _b1 adds new spawn structures, flag separated by additional 32u/, and water flow from center source has intermitent pushes. Some shader edits, primarily for latest q3map2/sky.
