Description             : Q3A - Sunny FFA/Instagib map in egyptian style
                          
                          A pyramid with jump shaft, faces a temple with tall
                          obelisc. A set of jumppads (layout remiscent of 
                          q3dm17), ledges, and bridges connect these structures
                          in a skybox. Technically this is a space map 
                          featuring nifty custom textures by Mr.Clean.
                          
                          Many parts of the map have been clipped off to keep 
                          the map fluid, and also to reduce the number of 
                          places where folks can camp. This was done with 
                          instagib in mind. The jump pads are very high arced,
                          again with instagib in mind.
                          
                          I am aware that a completely open map of this size 
                          and detail will not run as quickly as the id maps. 
                          But on a r300 it runs really fast, trust me ;)

1) Extract map-aepyra.pk3 into your Quake3/baseq3/ directory
2) Start Quake3
3) Map will be accessable from the menu

Editor used             : GtkRadiant 1.2.11

Build time              : April 14th to April 23rd 2003
                          To be exact 6 working days.

Map build system        : P4 2.54GHz w/1 GB 
                          WinXP & r300 128MB (Wheee :)

Compile Time            : 0:16 hours (full vis), 
                          0:08 hours (light -extra)

New Textures            : Egyptian style textures are from Mr.Clean's texture 
                          pak 2 (mrcleantex_2.pk3, Author: Todd 'Mr.CleaN' Rose,

                          The wonderful skybox textures (hexagon512) are from

                          Note: The provided original high quality .jpg files
                          needed to be re-saved at 60% quality to save some 
                          700KB in file size.

New Model               : The tree2.md3 model is from the pack 
                          md3-defcon_tree.pk3 by GrimReaper (Defcon.5 
                          Tree-mapmodel, http://www.q3seek.com/hiredforce)

New Shader              : Just a concatination of the shaders I needed from 
                          Mr.Clean's Pak2, GrimReaps model code and my skybox 
                          code.

New Sounds              : none

Known Bugs              : The blue shader on the obelisc and the pyramid, let 
                          you look into 'hidden' parts of the map. No biggy 
                          though, since they are clipped off.
