Adopting the idea from my Action Quake 2 Map "Flooded Industry", I created this map.
After a quick think, I removed the flooding water, as it caused low FPS, and moved it
to a smaller area, and renamed the map.  The map is based in a commercial area with a
park, parking lot, and some storage areas, small offices and two large office blocks.  
A medium sized map with bot support.
